This is a 60/90-minute Tai Chi class which benefits from having more experienced students intermixed with newer ones. We practice Yang style Tai Chi, specifically Yang Jia MiChuan from the lineage of Grand Master Yen Nien Wang. It includes Chi Kung and some partner practice to accelerate learning the correct form in order to maximize health.
